Ali Honey Luxe does not offer returns at this time. All sales are final.

Damages and issues

If there is an issue with an item you have received, Ali Honey Luxe is happy to help resolve the problem.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your purchase. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

After receiving your order, if it is damaged or incorrect. Please email us at Alihoneyluxe@gmail.com.

Please include your name, order number and a photo of the damaged/ incorrect item. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days. 


Order not received

Once we package your order and it leaves our facilities, it is handed off to a third party courier. In the case that your package is lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival, Ali Honey Luxe is not responsible. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the shipping carrier information, tracking information, the address, and date of delivery to help with your claim investigation. If the matter is not resolved by the shipping carrier, we will try to help the best we can with a solution.
